Chelmsford's King of the Road
Here's the edit I knocked up of the king of the road event a few weeks back.
Chelmsford's KING OF THE ROAD 2010 from Jim Styling on Vimeo.
Hopefully will whet people's appetites for Lords of the Swords at the end of the month.

Chelmsford Park Jam
Last sunday saw the Chelmsford Skatepark Jam to raise awareness of the campaign for a much-needed new park. Macy turned up in some homemade shorts, and Benny P snapped another deck right on cue. The weather came good and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Some pics below...
A pat on the back to all involved. Check out the Facebook group: Petition for a new safe skatepark in Chelmsford, and their blog http://chelmsfordskatepark.blogspot.com/.

Chelmo does have street spots!
Skated the homebase wallrides this evening, then had a brief wander over to manual pads to show Nathan and jake what was once the most sessioned spot in town. We then went on some exploration with the aim to 1, find the jumpbox and 2, find a flat bar spot I remembered seeing a while back.
We found the scrap merchant's where the jumpbox was said to be but there was no sign of it, although it may have been inside.
After a few wrong turns the flat bar spot was found, they are a short but plentiful, the ground is smooth and the spot is covered, there was evidence the area was popular with bikers so I guess it isn't too much of a bust.
Round the corner was a hella rough bank that jake and b-stock sessioned. Brian got his street moves out and bust out (among other things) the best flamingo I have ever seen, sadly this was just before the camera was switched on, although he did get another one afterwards.
For the next hour or so we searched the estate for possible spots; a flat bar more use as a gap, a ridiculous hesh gap and rough 5 set were found but I think the pick of the litter was this step up spot, think there could be some fun to be had here.
All in all a fun evening to round off a great day.

Looks like the camera skipped a frame or something but anyhow heres some video:
Cheers to nathan brown for filming my shenanigans.

The Sellotape Sessions
The Sellotape Sessions is a short montage containing footage filmed between the end of 'Never Trust the Weather' in 2008 and the middle of 2009, and featuring both faces old and new.

It's a decent size 100mb file so it might take a while to download.
